How to qualify for our
90-Day Sleep Happy Guarantee
To be eligible for our 90-Day Sleep Happy Guarantee, here’s what you need to do ->
Purchase a mattress set greater than $999
Keep your mattress clean and free of soiling
Buy and use a mattress pad with your mattress
Use your new mattress for at least 30 days

What to Do If You’re Not Satisfied
If you’ve followed the steps and still aren’t happy with your mattress, here’s what you need to do:
- Contact the store where you purchased the mattress. Make sure you’ve slept on it for at least 30 days but no later than 90 days from delivery.
- Visit a Talsma Mattress location to choose your new mattress. A restocking charge of 15% and a $99 delivery charge will apply. The remaining credit will be applied to the new mattress purchase.
- Delivery: Your new mattress will be exchanged by our delivery crew.
Important Notes: Floor samples and clearance mattresses are excluded from the 90-Day Sleep Happy Guarantee. A one-time exchange is allowed for the mattress only; foundations and mattress pads are not returnable or exchangeable. If the manufacturer offers a similar trial period, separate requirements and fees may apply, including restocking and transportation charges. In such cases, the Sleep Happy Guarantee by Talsma Mattress requires a reselection for these programs. Please note that we cannot offer refunds, only exchanges.
